| Teaching our students the "how-to's" and the "why's" of producing a quality stained glass project is paramount at Art Glass Connection. With over 20 years of experience in stained glass construction and teaching in our studio, you are learning from seasoned professionals. When you take one of our many classes, you will be learning techniques from experts in the art of stained glass. The quality of our student's work is a direct reflection on us and our teaching ability. We care about our students and value the time we spend with them. We guarantee to provide you with an informative, fun and exciting selection of classes and workshops that are geared to all levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced. Every quarter we publish a new schedule of classes and workshops. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE FUN!! We want you to relax and have fun when you take one of our classes or workshops and we want you to be proud of the project you take home when it's over. It is our personal goal to make sure that happens. Please feel free to call our studio (954) 434-7007, stop by our studio or email us for current classes and dates. | BASIC STAINED GLASS Wednesdays: 6:30 - 9:00 PM This class time is available to all levels of expertise, from brand-new beginner to students with advanced skills. A new "session" begins every seventh week and many students set aside this time for themselves and continue to attend over and over. It's a great way to relax, develop your glass skills, enjoy yourself and create something wonderful. Tools and materials are additional and are available for purchase at Art Glass Connection. 10% student discount |
| We teach anything and everything about art glass and we have classes in session year round so there is always something to choose from. We take great pride in the ability of our teachers to not only do quality work in glass themselves but to pass that information along to our students in a format that makes learning fun and relaxing. In this fun & hands on class, you will learn the basics of the fusing process. We will begin with safety, compatibility, and theory. We will introduce you to several types of kilns and by the end of the session you will have completed several projects that may include a pendant, tile, small dish, sun catcher, or even a picture frame. Get ready to have a great time, bring your glass cutter, glass breaking tools and safety glasses. All materials are included, even some Dichroic glass to play with!
