August was really hot this
year and so were our classes! I wanted to share a few photos
of two awesome workshops, Garden Art Sculpture with guest
teacher Barbara Jack and Foil Overlay with our own Jennifer
Webb. For those who were unable to attend, we'll be
rescheduling some classes in October so be sure to read your

This workshop will teach you how to create a gorgeous
three-dimentional Moravian Star. A great skill to have and a
beautiful gift for everyone! When hung in a sunny window
watch the rainbow prisms reflect on the wall.

If you want to learn the basic and
technical details about fusing then this is the class for
you. After attending this info packed class, you will be
able to fuse at home with confidence. We will cover types of
compatible glass, how to prepare your kiln for firing,
safety issues, volume control, full fuse vs tack fuse vs
slumping and draping, and so much more.You'll make several
different small projects that will be fused and available
for pick up 1 week later. No experience necessary, but glass
cutting skills are a plus. Please wear closed toe shoes,
cotton clothing and safety glasses.

DICHROIC STRETCH BRACELET

These dichroic bracelets are a
favorite to fuse. Once you know the secret of making the
holes, you'll want to make several as unique holiday gifts!
You will learn to precision cut and assemble all the
components to make the dichroic beads. Then we'll put them
in the kiln to fire and you will come back the following
Wednesday night (9/15) to
string.
NO EXPERIENCE IS
NECESSARY.

plus 2x4 piece of dichroic of your choice which will be
discounted the day of the class . All other glass and
supplies are included.

Fused Vase Sat Sept 18 2:00 - 5:00
So elegant! These fused vases will compliment every decor.
You will design, cut and assemble the vase layers, we will
fuse them together and
you will return on Wednesday night, 9/29 to finish your
masterpiece.
COST:
$35 includes firing, pin frog, vase cup & rocks. A small
amount of
fusible glass is extra. Measurements will be available at
sign up.
